Procedure
Steep the crushed grains in 3 qt water @ 165 ~20 min. Heat 2 gallons water to boiling. After boil, stir in 2.33 lb Amber LME - 60 minutes Stir in 3.75 lb Amber LME - 15 minutes Add .4 oz hops and remove from heat. |
